At The Meat Hoss, we are dedicated to bringing you a unique beef buying experience. As fifth generation farm and ranchers, we saw an opportunity to help others when America’s meat supply was low. With no shortage in cattle, it made sense to butcher our own homegrown beef and sell it directly to the consumer. Not only will you feel confident about the quality of your meat, you are supporting our family while we are feeding yours! Our cattle are born and raised on our West Texas land, and fed by every member of the Mires family in O’Donnell, Texas, home of “Hoss Cartwright” from the hit television show, "Bonanza".
